I have so many good things to say about Andrea that I don’t even know where to start. I am a first time home buyer and was buying a place on my own. As is the case with most first time homebuyers, I went into the process with little knowledge and a whole lot of excitement (and a whole lot of anxiety). I felt that Andrea was extremely invested and caring and that she guided me through the whole process. I started my search in June 2023 and admittedly had a rough time of it. I wanted a nice place in a nice neighborhood for a first time homebuyer price which in this market and especially in Long Beach is really difficult to find. Andrea was dedicated to finding me a place that worked for me and was not discouraged despite the (many) nos along the way. The search came to a head in September when I was faced with the decision to either find a place ASAP or resign my lease at my apartment. In the 11th hour, Andrea used her connections to find me the perfect place (which wasn’t even on the market yet!). During negotiations, I felt like Andrea went out of her way to ensure that I got the place. During a very complicated escrow, Andrea was there to support me and answer my many questions. After the sale, Andrea found painters for me, managed the whole paint job, found a house cleaner and managed that too so that the place would be 100% ready for me. All of this exemplifies the wonderful, caring, dedicated human Andrea is. She is my realtor for life and I could not recommend her more!
